Just off Route 31 outside Fort Myers sits a tucked-away, 50-acre plot of Southwest Florida soil that serves as base camp for the agricultural and appropriate technology training of aid workers serving more than 165 countries. For here is where you’ll find the ECHO Global Farm and Research Center, a unique non-profit organization dedicated to reducing starvation and malnourishment among the world’s 925 million hungry people.
