Stand up paddleboarding (SUP) has quickly become one of the hot health, fitness and pleasure sports. There’s a lot to be gained by the tranquility and beauty of the recreation — for body, mind and spirit. That’s right. Yoga. On a paddleboard. Like, on top of water.
The February-March COASTE Digital Magazine now available (click here) features a fascinating, four-page story with spectacular photography of Yali Zawady, among the first professionals in Southwest Florida to now offer SUP Yoga lessons to the public — currently, each weekend, at ‘Tween Waters Inn Island Resort of Captiva.
